Dr. Matthew HubbardVeterinarian / PartnerDr. Hubbard graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree in Agri-business production and Animal Science from Brigham Young University in 1985. Prior to pursuing his education in the veterinary science field, Dr. Hubbard operated his family dairy/beef farm in Idaho and was the manager of the dairy operation at Eastern Kentucky University.

Dr. Spencer HubbardVeterinarian / PartnerDr. Spencer graduated from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2014. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture. He grew up working with his dad at CKAC and lived and worked on UK's horse farm for 3 years during college. Following graduation he worked for 2 years as an associate veterinarian in southern California. He has been with CKAC as a partner since 2016.

Dr. Jamie CottrellAssociate VeterinarianDr. Cottrell grew up on a farm in Shelby County with cattle, sheep, donkeys, horses, and poultry. She received her degree in Agriculture Biotechnology graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky in 2012 while working on the research farm taking care of the University's horses, ponies, and goats. She graduated Cum Laude from Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and has been practicing as an associate veterinarian since that time.

Dr. Luisa DAlton

Dr. Dalton graduated from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich, Germany in 2021. After her love for dairy goats brought her to the US back in 2009, the German native settled with her husband in New Haven in 2012. Besides running a small goat dairy operation , Dr. Dalton enjoys tending to her poultry, cows and vegetable garden.
